Have you ever thought if you could take grocery flowers and turn into a beautiful conversational piece for your Thanksgiving table. This Thanksgiving could be your time to shine. Small family gathering this year? It is a perfect chance to make it special and festive!
I will show you how simple grocery flowers can turn your Thanksgiving table decor with this step-by-step tutorial. And most importantly it’s easy, fun, and affordable.

Flowers/Greenery I used:
White Roses, White Spray Roses, Purple Scabiosa, Filler Blooms, Dried Amaranthus, Seeded Eucalyptus
- Gather your tools: vase, flower/garden scissors, chicken wire, green floral tape, pot with water.
- Shop for Flowers. Mostly I find all of my flowers at local Publix or Trader Joe’s, recently they have great selections. Choose these items for and arrangement two different types of greenery, one focal large bloom, two to three smaller bloom varieties and two different filler flowers.
- Prep your container for flowers. Insert chicken wire by shaping a ball out of it. Tape Floral green tape across and gently put water in.
- Now it is time to use your creativity and have fun. Start with greens, make sure to fill all sides and middle of the vase.
- Next, add all filler options that you have chosen, berries or any other tiny blooms.
- This is one of the important steps . Add you focal flower, I have chosen white rose. You can’t never go wrong with roses. Simply place it in all sides and one in the middle at different heights.
- Finish your arrangement by adding slightly smaller blooms or any other ones that are more gentle and you want to see it on top of all your flowers in an arrangement.
Remember to have fun and experiment with different blooms, colors, and textures. It definitely will be a star of your Thanksgiving table conversation this year and for all to come as lovely memory.
