Yay! Thanksgiving week is here! Happy Thanksgiving from all of us! It couldn’t be a better time to introduce my family to you, they are treasure given to me on this earth.
Thanksgiving is a Family holiday for us and many of you and I can’t put it any other way. My heart is truly full that my dear family is in my life.
Let me tell you more about us! We are a family of five that lives in beautiful state of Florida! If you haven’t guessed it yet, yes we are Ukrainians that moved here years ago, got married and we are loving living here in the US. Tolik my amazing husband and three of our kids we love spending time together.
What we love to do together as a family:
- We all love and also serve our precious God Jesus Christ in local Church. Growing up, our parents taught us that Christ is #1 in our lives and now that we are parents we are teaching our kids same values to love Jesus and how important He is for us as Christians.
- We enjoy hosting as a family! I can’t remember the number of beautiful events, or late evening dinners we have hosted in our home. One thing was important when we were building our next home, we always design with focus on hosting. Now, that our kids are older they help us and at the same time learn the importance of hosting.
- One of other things that we do as a family is traveling. In fact, we are not hosting this Thanksgiving 🙂 but we will travel to see family. The other day I was thinking how grateful I am for the opportunity that I had before Covid happened. We traveled with kids all over Europe, made a trip to Ukraine to show my roots and last year had a fun road trip to Canada!
- As a family we love to make decisions together. The important ones me and my husband we decide ourselves, however many times we include our kids in our conversations. It is the togetherness, the closure, true family values that we love to have as family.
I cannot imagine our family being any other way! Thankful this holiday season for each one of them and to God for placing them all in my life!
